OK - So what we have below are the two different embedded video players that YouTube offers. One with and one without a playlist displayed. Dimensions are as follows:
Without Playlist: object width="416" height="337"
With Playlist: object width="746" height="413"
But a special note from YouTube: You can resize the player by editing the object width="425" and height="350" fields at both the beginning and end of the embedded player code. Make sure that the sizes you choose have the same ratio as the default numbers, so that the video doesn't get stretched—just multiply the width by 0.8235 to get the height.
Here is an example:
The basketball shot video player is pulling videos from a playlist that I set up in YouTube. (Right now it is showing an error - I'm sure due to timing as it is waiting to refresh to my playlist) The skiing video player is pulling video from "My Favorites" in YouTube... meaning, there are a few ways to feed videos into the player/playlist.
